• When you deside To Book the tour with Us, we will request the down payment (deposit) 25% to Confirm the tours.
•For the down payment (deposit) you can transfer the money via Paypal, we are really sorry that we accept payment only via Paypal.
•For the Balance or Rest Payment we only take (receive) cash. And it will be fixed on our first meeting in Labuan Bajo one day before the trip or at the same day before the trip Start.
• After you send us the payment, please let us know by sending us the prove of paypal transfer processing, we will Confirm your trip after we receive the down payment to Confirm the trip.
• For the port clearance and passanger manifast, we will need your full name, pasport nomber and nationality from all participant.

Cancellation polish and refund.
• If you cancel your trip with any reason and you have send the down payment or deposit, we will keep the deposit and it is non refundable, because once you send the deposit and we confirmed the trip it means all the trip component is fix.
